REFLECT framework
The REFLECT Framework is intended to act as a guide for people in cross-sector co-mentoring relationships. It was initially created through an extended conversation between Peter Renshaw and Wendy Smith and has been developed and shaped by those participating in and leading the REFLECT programme . This Framework sets out the values and principles which define the REFLECT co-mentoring process, the way the programme is structured and the way that co-mentors work together. We have included some quotes about co-mentoring from REFLECT co-mentors to animate the connection between the Framework and your practice.
